قانون العمل السعودي SAUDI LABOR LAW
About us

Born in the field, built to make the Labor Law accessible to everyone.

“Saudi Labor Law” is an independent, non-governmental, voluntary community initiative. Its aim is simple: every employee and employer should understand their rights and obligations clearly, and find answers in one trusted place, in language they understand.

A word from the founder

Twenty-five years between regulations and people

I have spent close to twenty-five years providing government-relations and human-resources services to Saudi businesses, working day to day with government platforms and their procedures. Throughout those years, the Labor Law was present in every file: a contract being drafted, a right being claimed, a dispute that could have been avoided had each side known where they stood.

The field taught me that most workplace problems do not begin with bad intent, but with the absence of the right information at the right time. That is where my passion comes from: educating employees, making regulations easier to understand, and taking part in voluntary work that raises awareness and protects rights.

Alongside this, I have long been devoted to programming and building digital products. I believe that technology, when built with care, can carry knowledge to the people who need it — quickly, and without intermediaries. This platform is where the two meet: experience from the field, and the tools of technology.
