المادة الثامنة والستون بعد المائة
يقصد بألفاظ وعبارات (السفينة، ومجهز السفينة، والربان، والبحار، وعقد العمل البحري) أينما وردت في هذا الباب المعاني المبينة حيالها في النظام البحري التجاري.
