Article 243
المادة الثالثة والأربعون بعد المائتين
يصدر الوزير القرارات واللوائح اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا النظام خلال مائة وثمانين يوماً من تاريخ العمل بهذا النظام، وتنشر اللوائح التنفيذية في الجريدة الرسمية.
