المادة الخامسة والأربعون بعد المائة
Chapter 4: Health and Social Services
يجوز لصاحب العمل بعد موافقة الوزير إنشاء صندوق للتوفير والادخار، على أن تكون مساهمة العمال فيه إختيارية. ويجب إعلان الأحكام المنظمة لكل ما يتصل بقواعد عمل هذا الصندوق.
