Article 235
المادة الخامسة والثلاثين بعد المائتين
لا يجوز لصاحب العمل أثناء نظر الدعوى أمام المحاكم العمالية أن يغير من شروط التشغيل التي كانت سارية قبل بدء الإجراءات، تغييراً يترتب عليه الإضرار بموقف العامل في الدعوى.
