المادة الثامنة والثلاثون
لا يجوز لصاحب العمل توظيف العامل في مهنة غير المهنة المدونة في رخصة عمله، ويحظر على العامل الاشتغال في غير مهنته قبل اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية لتغيير المهنة.
